I read an inspiring post today, and it was really about nothing new. A talented photographer wrote an article about the fact that one can produce a great photograph despite the gear used. I have always heavily backed this concept, but lately I haven't done enough of it. This photographer had posted tons of street photography shot with her iPhone, and the results were terrific. So I decided to monkey-do and experimented with a self portrait. I did some light post-processing (added a tri-color soft filter) using my Photoshop app on my phone. What I was mainly focusing on was getting the right amount of light to bring out the expression in my eyes. I am happy with it ;D

"Give Up the Ghost" Music Video Shoot
Behind-the-scenes from Delaney Gibson's video shoot for "Give Up the Ghost", shot in late September.
Shoot location was in downtown LA, and (thankfully) indoors in a nice air-conditioned studio loft.
The shoot began Saturday morning. Here are some stills from what we covered that day: dusty piano scene, bedroom, silhouette, and some green screen.

Another Delaney Gibson photoshoot under my belt!
Shot for Delaney's third album this evening, got some GREAT stuff! She's commissioned me to design the album art/layout as well. Very exciting! Here's a fun peek at the vibe of the shoot:
